      Agreed, add:

      <xs:attribute name="librarySystem" type="xs:string" use="optional"/>

      to the Locator type, and:

      <xs:attribute name="targetIncludeLibrarySystem" type="xs:string" use="optional">
      <xs:annotation>
      <xs:documentation>The namespace uri of the included library</xs:documentation>
      </xs:annotation>
      </xs:attribute>

      to the CqltoElmError type to support identifying library location correctly in annotations

       

      Note this is non-substantive because CqlAnnotations schema is an informative aspect of the specification.
