Terminology ValueSets list has one VauleSet called yes-no-dontknow. This value is displayed differently than other value sets.

1) The title is Terminology > ValueSet > Example Instance

2) It does not have "Summary", "Content Logical Definition", "Expansion"

3) It does not URL

If this is a "official" FHIR value set, please make it looks like other value sets

If this is just and "example" as suggested by its title, please remove it from the value set list.
