      It is not clear what the usage of item.answerOption.initialSelected.

      1. The definition of this element says that "Indicates whether the answer value is selected when the list of possible answers is initially shown." Isn't that what initial[x] intended to do?
      2. The comments of this element says that "Use this instead of initial[v] if answerValueSet is present." This is even more confusing since que-4 constraint says "A question cannot have both answerOption and answerValueSet"
