      Changes will be made as requested.  

      The CARIN BB ProviderRole Profile will be deleted.

      Provider data elements will be mapped to either the Organization or the Practitioner Profile based on business rules.  CareTeam.provider data elements will be mapped to the Practitioner Profile.  

      Provider taxonomy will be bound with Required strength to EOB.careTeam.qualification when the careTeam role is performing.

      Replace the profile relationship diagram with the attached to remove the reference to ProviderRole.  (original diagram is attached to FHIR-26783)

      Delete the CARIN BB ProviderRole Profile.

      Map EOB providers and careTeam data elements to the Organization and Practitioner Profiles per business rules.  

      Map provider taxonomy to EOB.provider.qualification on the Professional and Non-Clinician Profile.  This requirement supercedes FHIR-27014.  An invariant will enforce a business rule to require the binding only when the careTeam role is performing.
