If you are going to require support for Medication.identifier in the PAO-Medication profile, please elaboration on what should be used to populate this field. I'm having trouble thinking of a concept that would be used to populate .identifier given that .code seems to cover the type of medication and it's the MedicationRequest resource which would contain the ID of the specific request for a given patient.
