Non-compatible
1) Per https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-24672, the ordinalValue extension will be renamed to "itemWeight". The SDC QR page (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sdc/StructureDefinition-sdc-questionnaireresponse.html) shows that extension as "ordinalValue". I don't know whether that will automatically update when the extension name changes or not, but I suspect the description will need to be updated.
2) Per https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-16243, the ordinalValue extension can be used with any type of value (and now goes on answerOption, per https://www.hl7.org/fhir/extension-ordinalvalue.html). I suggest allowing it to appear on any item type in the response by moving the extension from valueCoding to "answer".
