      This is a foundational IG and isn't intended to support any 'specific' use-cases.  Instead, it defines general capabilities that can be used by more refined implementation guides to target specific Da Vinci use-cases.  It would not be appropriate for us to list use-cases in the HRex guide itself as we don't actually indicate how to solve any Da Vinci problems in HRex.

      After reviewing the [introduction to the IG](http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-hrex/2020Sep/index.html#description), we don't feel further clarification about this is needed.

      We will add language indicating that no use cases are provided with this IG because it is defining foundational artifacts and that readers should look to derived guides to see the use-cases associated with the artifacts defined within this IG.

      Use cases for US payor-provider data exchange. Like data sharing between payors and payor-to-provider and provider-to-payer data sharing, including data shared via third party systems. ?

      It would be useful to read use cases related to data sharing between payors and payor-to-provider and provider-to-payer and third party systems to understand the process.
