Clarify the expected version (if this is not the latest version) of the UCUM spec

      The 4.3.4.1 Summary section states the following-

      Version Where a version is used, it should be the standard UCUM version e.g. 1.9. There is no need to use version in the Coding data type, only in Value sets that use UCUM codes

      (note- I added the red highlight on the version number)

      The current version published on ucum.org is v2.1, with a 2.2 release being discussed. The use of the term "standard UCUM version" on this page is confusing, unless the intention is to freeze the UCUM release expected by FHIR to v1.9 (for how long?)

      If the intention is for implementations to use the most recent version of UCUM available then how to achieve this (by omitting the Version option in the query?) should be described.
