Consider adding a link to the original figure (1.1) or clarifying text noting it is a subset of the ecosystem. Also, consider moving the explanation of the graphic so it is before the figure rather than after it.

The graphic has numbers for some of the content, but not all, and the numbers begin with 4. After some thought, realized this is an excerpt of figure 1.1 (The Quality Improvement Ecosystem) on the Home page. As a standalone figure on the Introduction page, it would be helpful to either include a link to Figure 1.1 or note this is a detailed figure of the Gaps in Care Reporting portion of the QI Ecosystem. Also, unsure what the final arrow is pointing to. Consider adding text to clarify.
