PQ/CMC Project is leveraging the Observation resource to capture the results of tests performed on drug product and substance. Need to check whether the result conformed with previously specified acceptance criteria (ActivityDefinition) for that test.   PQ/CMC tests such as pH, Color, Assay, microbial limits, etc.
