Every page from the Table of contents should be visible on the top level menu (colored in dark red) on every page. Suggest to add them as drop down list on the “Table of Contents” tab.
Current navigation is rather limited- one can navigate only to next/previous page via the current page or one has to to exit the page and visit the Table of Contents page, and them select a new page.
