      Section 5.4, "x-fhir-query enhancements" of "Using Expressions" begins talking about expressions in x-fhir-query prior to explaining how x-fhir-query can contain expressions. I suggest moving the sentence "The SDC provides the following rules...." and the bullet points below it to the bottom of the text for 5.4 (right before 5.4.1 starts).
