    • Compatible, substantive

This sentence is unclear. What does prefix mean? I assume it means that the Launch URL shall start with the targetOrigin (url.startswith(targetOrigin) = true). Is this what is meant?

      Existing Wording:

The SMART launch URL SHALL be prefixed with the proper value to use for the app targetOrigin, and the launch URL SHALL not redirect users to a different origin after launch
