      The language has been clarified that calls to ui.done do not allow launchActivity parameters to be specified - examples in the IG have been updated to remove them as well.

      ui.done is intended to just say the App is done. Yet it could have a proble-add activity type with a Condition resource. I feel like this is bad practice. If the app wants to add a problem, it should call a separate scratchpad.create message. Ui.done should not be allowed to do a clinical action.
