I am concerned with the activity catalog that these are not actually "activities" but "workflows" rather, and so feels redundant to me. For example, appointment-book activity as well as a create action with Appointment resource both create appointment? I would say activities in EHRs are things that allow to review data - so there could be an "appointments" acitivity, but "appointment-book" (noun-verb) is a workflow and not an activity.
