The Profile Highlights and Guidance page section for the BundledCognitiveStatus profile calls out hasMember and derivedFrom fields, but the profile itself doesn't require support for these fields. It seems like these elements should at least be flagged as Must Support if not have a minimum cardinality of 1 (particularly for .hasMember if a bundled observation resource is a collection of observations)
