The use of Observation.code in the Section 3.10 example seems odd. I would expect the content of CodeableConcept.text and CodeableConcept.coding to be equivalent (that is, the text should be the same concept as the coding), but in yoru example the "score" is in .text and a description of what is contained in .text is given in coding.display. Please clarify the use of the CodeableConcept data type for Observation.value in a case like this.
