      The following list of changes will be made:

      1. For section 1.1, the section title will be changed to "Background" and the last paragraph will be reformatted to show a list.
      2. Will remove section 1.2 with the redundant text.
      3. Will change section 1.3 title from "Background" to "PACIO Project".
      4. For section 4.4, will fix the typo as indicated.
      5. For section 7.0.2, will fix the typo as indicated.

      For the Role-RN and Role-SLP examples, will fix the description in each example as indicated.

      Section 1.1 is call "Cognitive Status" but the content of the section is more generic. The label for this section could be more representative of the section content

      In section 1.1, the text after "The Act requires:" seems incorrectly formatted. Should the last paragraph in this section be a list instead?

      In section 1.2, much of the content appears to be the same as text in section 1.1. Can the text be consolidated into a single section to reduce duplicative content?

      In Section 4.4, the BCAT Field of "Education" is missing the "a"

      In Section 7.0.2, "An point in time bundle of cognitive status observations for a patient." should be "A point in time bundle of cognitive status observations for a patient." (remove the extraneous "n" in "An")

      The Role-RN and Role-SLP examples both have a description of "An instance of Practitioner" but both are actually examples of PractitionerRole. The text should be updated
