The description of Questionnaire.date currently says, "Date last changed", but the search parameter "date", which searches "Questionnaire.date" says "The questionnaire publication date".

The date a resource changed on the server can be searched by _lastUpdated.

Correct the description of the Questionnaire.date field to say, "Date last formally published".
