On CareTeam, we request changing the composite OR search on status to be optional.

We believe this is a mistake because most composite OR and AND searches on other resources are optional. 

SHALL support searching using the combination of the patient and status search parameters:

• including support for composite OR search on status (e.g.status={system|}[code],{system|}[code],...)

GET [base]/CareTeam?patient=[reference]&status=active

We only support active CareTeam members which is causing Inferno to skip this test.{{}}
