1. a)  .classHistory.period and .period:  The admission and discharge dates are only used on the IP and OP Institutional claims  Recommend the addition of Dates of service:  ExplanationOfBenefit.item.serviced.servicedPeriod or ExplanationOfBenefit.item.serviced.servicedDate.  Data element names are Service (from) date and Service to date; MapIDs are 90, 119
2. b)  Did you want to include a Encounter.meta.lastUpdated element?  If so, I recommend using EOB last Updated Date, MapID 163
3. c)  .patient:  CPCDS added data element Unique Member ID, Map ID 191.  Do you want to include it?
4. Recommend removing description from the diagnosis, MapID 145
