      Queue length may need to be captured in PPE inventory orders that have not been fulfilled. Through previous NIOSH funded research with C4MI, analysis algorithms were able to be developed to evaluate PPE supply and demand trends within and across nation's hospitals. Initial algorithms can be further assessed to inform utility in identifying replenished rates and warning levels for PPE supply disruptions.

      Add a measure which reports the number of activities awaiting completion, the number of gloves, gowns, respirators, masks, or other PPE inventory orders that have not been fulfilled would represent an unmet need and serve as an early indicator of PPE supply chain disruptions.
