In the Cognitive Status Use Case picture under section 2.2 (Assessment Data Exchange), suggest adding RDN (for registered dietitian nutritionist). Other speciality providers, such as PT, OT, and SLP are called out, thus RDN should be as well. Everyone needs food and it would be helpful for RDNs to receive the cognitive assesments prior to them evaluating the patient for their diet order and nutritional needs.
