      There is currently an effort to add run-time filtered value sets to FHIR, which would likely reduce the need for separate cognitive status, functional status, and potentially future PAC-related profiles.  There is still much work to be done to develop that solution, but will likely provide the future direction for the PACIO work.

      The PACIO project is making incremental progress towards interoperability of important content. As noted in our previous comment, the scope of the present IG is unclear. In addition to the recommendations about defining scope, it would be useful to include a future roadmap that outlines more of "what's coming" to help understand what is not covered by the present guide. For example, the roadmap might include Instrumental ADLs, communication, sensory impairments, or other future efforts.
