Remove LP2877-1: In Representative Assessments, in 4.4 Not Codified Assessments table – LP2877-1 should be deleted for two reasons:

A LP (LOINC Part) does not stand alone, and should not be used for an Observation. Only use LOINC terms for identifying observations.

LP2877-1 doesn’t exist. I think you meant LP72877-1, which is the Component part for 91694-0.
