The comment on the event-location extension reference Provenance, not Location and appears to be a cut and paste error on creation of the addition of the extension to the PLF Profile. This should be corrected

Existing Wording:

May reference only Provenance resources deemed “relevant” or important. This element does not point to the Provenance associated with the current version of the resource - as it would be created after this version existed. The Provenance for the current version can be retrieved with a _revinclude.

Proposed Wording:

Something relevant to Location
