This is a Reminder for tooling issue and Propose as not related but working with tooling to create an easy solution.: 

Random Section Numbering, which a an issue across igs and due to Github sorting files alphanumerically and currently no way to instruct sort order when generating the IG resource.  Several options posited in Zulip.  Proposed adding Jekyll front-matter to pages to indicate sort order for tooling like sushi to read when generating the IG resource.  this is a Reminder for tooling issue and Propose as not related  but working with tooling to create an easy solution.
