      While the Subscription framework is based on a generic publisher / subscriber model, it does not align with any published specification.

      Recommend using "The topic-based Subscriptions Model is composed of three parts represented by the corresponding resources".

      Notes:

      • Linking to build.fhir.org is not recommended in an IG, since the content at that URL will change over time, and may not resolve in the future (e.g., in the case of resource renaming).
      • With the addition of SubscriptionTopic and SubscriptionStatus to R4B (recently approved), we will be able to link to that instead.
