Looking at the birth certificate, it looks like the SuspectedChromosomalDisorderStatus slice would be applicable to both Down Syndrome and Suspected Chromosomal Disorder codes. A description or comment to that effect would be helpful for implementers (otherwise they might miss the Downs Syndrome connection based on the slice name)
