      Given that the Obstetric Procedure value set only contains values for External Cephalic Version and None and that the Composition slice cardinality is 0..* what is the expectation for how this element will be populated? It seems like there shouldn't be more than instance of this Procedure profile (the value set is a Required binding) so the maximum Cardinality could be changed to 1. And if no procedure is performed, is the expectation that this slice won't be present in the Composition resource or that it will be present but use the None code present in the value set?

      Given that there really is only one obstetric procedure that can be reported, rather than using the value set, would it be better to fixed Procedure.code to the SNOMED code directly?
