      Will remove the message correlation aspect using Bundle.identifier . It will be done only using MessageHeader elements as identified in the IG already. The Bundle.identifier can be used for other purposes and will not be specified by the IG.

      This is included in the IG: 

      The Backend Service App SHALL populate the Bundle.identifier element as the persistent business identifier for correlating responses.

      populate the MessageHeader.response.identifier with the original message identifier

       

      Per the FHIR Messaging specification response correlation happens via the MessageHeader.id and MessageHeader.response.identifier, not via use of the Bundle.identifier see: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/messaging.html#3.4.1.4
