      I think it would be helpful to clarify who the subject is of the Pregnancy Status and Pregnancy Outcome profiles. I'm assuming for Pregnancy Status it is the adult patient (the mother the case of a positive pregnancy status) but the newborn/fetus for Pregnancy Outcome. Will there be any confusion about having the Pregnancy Outcome profile having Observation.focus point to the Pregnancy Status observation when the subjects of the two resources will be different?
