      It seems odd that guidance would be given on the use of Condition.asserter but that the element itself is not flagged as Must Support. Should a compliant system support recording of .asserter for Conditions generated based directly on a Patient answer? As well, could .asserter be anyone other than the Patient? Should the type of references be constrained to a Patient (or US Core Patient)?
