      Comment:
the value set 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1186.2 Common drug classes for allergy and intolerance documentation is used to define drug classes for the grouping value set 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1186.8 Common substances for allergy and intolerance documentation including refutations. The Drug class value set should be Medicinal product class concepts represented using concepts drawn from the SNOMED CT Product hierarchy, not the substance hierarchy. That way implementers can use the NLM RxClass tool to identify the specific RxNorm drugs that fall within the class. This is not possible with SCT substances. The value set that should be used is Medication drug class for allergen intolerance SCT 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1114.14 The current value set is found here https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1114.14/expansion/Latest
