      Appreciate the notice of intent to align with Gender Harmony! Let's start with gender.

      Binding to administrative gender is too restrictive and misdirecting. Bind patient.gender to a true expressed gender aligned with gender harmony. We need to either change the name of the existing gender element to clarify this is administrative gender and add another true gender identity element, or something like this.
