in the US Core Body Height Profile, Body height is fixed to LOINC 8302-2 but would best support pediatrics (and other care instances with lying patients) if LOINC 8306-3 Body height--lying was also available. Could this be a choice element, slicing, using a value set? This would then be consistent with the ISA that identifies value set Vital Sign Result Type 2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.80.62 that has both values. Or create a lying height profile too but that seems unnecessary.
