Add a new parameter to the $status operation, subscription-status (??) which allows an (optional) list of statuses to be included. This should only be allowed on the non-instance (/Subscription/$status) operation.

It makes sense to either allow this OR the id parameters rather than both. This would allow a call to /Subscription/$status for "all my subscriptions, but only those that are still active"
