Will update IG and specify the SCT US edition using the method detailed in this Zulip thread: https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179252-IG-creation/topic/Specifying.20US.20edition. (Will move the Parameters instance out of the input directory so that it doesn’t appear in the Artifact list).

Where and how this is used is very unclear, but it seems you are capturing the canonical url for the US Edition of SNOMED CT. You have that as a "version" but the structure is a FHIR canonical url. I suspect you want to set the specific SCT edition to be used - good idea. I'd rather we do that using something Bryn Rhodes has crafted that aligns with the eCQM "Binding Parameters Specification" which uses a library of type asset-collection. See http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/cqf-measures/measure-terminology-service.html for capabilities associated, and then http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/cqf-measures/StructureDefinition-quality-program-cqfm.html for an instance of the library.
