This is a great start and informative IG. I think it will be very useful to the community.As companion work to this, I would love to see a FHIR representation of CDSIC terminology to LOINC mappings. (Across domains…lab, vitals, PROs, etc). Some of the elemetns in the CDISC structure could/should align with attributes of the LOINC term name or other properties. Given the detailed FHIR representation of LOINC available from Regenstrief, these properties can be extracted in a computable form.
