    • Clarification

      Most of the MedDRA coding variables (except for the lowest level coding variable - either PRLLT or PRDECOD as desired for the study) may be omitted in the mapping table because they can (and should) be derived from PTLLT or PTDECOD without referring to the FHIR elements.
