Clarification
CMSCAT in CDISC is a grouping that further delineates the CMCAT, e.g. ANTI-CANCER MEDICATION for CMCAT is subcategorized as CMSCAT CHEMOTHERAPY. This is mapped to FHIR “MedicationStatement.category”, "MedicationRequest.category", “MedicationDispense.category” and so forth. MedicationStatement.category codes to the context of the medication (usage category), similar to MedicationStatement.category and MedicationDispense.category. Thus, CMSCAT is further categorizing the medication (CMCAT) by therapy type, but the FHIR mapping is specifying the usage setting. These are not the same conceptually.
