      The expected direction of actual use of this IG is to convert data from FHIR to CDISC - as CDISC is used for regulatory submission and the scenarios for conversion of CDISC data to FHIR, at this point, seem to be smaller. In determining how to populating CDISC elements from FHIR, we identify any gaps in FHIR.

      Isn't the goal of this IG to identify gaps in HL7 FHIR, for use cases, such as use of EHRs as electronic Source in clinical research? The current name is confusing.
