Suggest moving this important information further up to the end of the first paragraph under 2.2.1. This is the first example of authorship changing, so it would help to make it clear when it is appropriate for this to happen.
Existing Wording:
This type of authorship change is only relevant for data fit for reconciliation, such as medications, allergies, problems. If Dr. Accepted had saved other clinical content into his EHR that aren’t reconciled but simply stored, such as clinical notes, that content must retain its original author.
