      I'm pretty sure that the R5 Subscriptions spec defines how the content of a notification is determined, such that it's a mistake to mandate specific resources be included in a notification in an IG. Rather, you should just define your SubscriptionTopics.

      Existing Wording:

      EHRs SHALL include in the notification the resources that were changed along with context information.
