Figure 2.1 doesn't fully reflect the textual descriptions about/around it and needs some update/re-organization of the workflow components. For example, the text description indicates Cancer Reporting use case relies on eCR FHIR IT with extensions for MedMorph, but the figure doesn't reflect this relationship clearly/adequately.
