The profiles named with US Public Health are common to multiple public health use cases and hence will be harmonized and used by multiple use cases. To enable the harmonization the following action will be performed:

The eCR Team and the MedMorph team will establish a shared folder for all the structure definitions with a place holder for the canonical URL so that they are common to both IGs and can be used during the build process. This enables the profiles to be in sync across the two IGs and will be harmonized across the two ballots.

Are theise profiles meant for all public health uses cases in the US, even those beyond the scope of the IG? If not, then suggest renaming to MedMorphMessageHeader, etc. instead of USPublicHealthMessageHeader.. If those profiles are meant to apply to all US Public Health use cases (kind of like US Core) then please update the descriptions of those profiles to reflect that. Note that the eCR IG also has various "US Public Health..." bundles as well, and they don't seem to be aligned.
