We recommend enhancement of the current CSTE list, to include, for example:

Country of residence:
(Generic V2 MMG: Country of Usual Residence). This is particularly important for people who travel across borders often and/or spend significant periods of time in another country.

Country of nationality:
This is captured in US Department of State forms for travel and our quarantine branch CSTE form. For example, this information assists rapid determination of travel history when urgent notification of individuals is needed for exposures or contact investigations. .
