      The eCR Team and the MedMorph team will establish a shared folder for all the structure definitions with a place holder for the canonical URL so that they are common to both IGs and can be used during the build process. This enables the profiles to be in sync across the two IGs and will be harmonized across the two ballots.

      Suggestion for alignment of Public Health profiles between eCR and MedMorph: Suggest we create a shared folder somewhere containing all the PH structure definitions with a placeholder in the canonical URLs (i.e. http://hl7.org/fhir/us/xxxxx/StructureDefinition/ext-responseMessageStatus). Then once we are happy with the alignment, we can just copy out the SDs, replace, "xxxxx" with ecr or medmorph and not have to deal with a ton of tweaks back and forth. This would be a pre-cursor to a PH future library.
