      The value sets are created based on the consensus process established by the Gravity Project and publication of the values (new codes if required) is based on review by the specific code system authorities (e.g. NLM for SNOMED-CT US).  It is the expectation of the Gravity Project that the value sets will become part of the ISA as part of the adoption of the SDOH FHIR IG and where appropriate part of USCDI. The "metrics" used by ISA are based on "industry" open development, acceptance and use of specific standards.

      Referring to the "consesus established value sets" – How will this consensus be established. Will it, for instance, incorporate metrics from ONC's ISA or will the consensus be of just between Gravity and the HL7 community? Additional clarity would be helpful. Fix typo in word consensus.

      Existing Wording:

      Until a final solutions for representing SDOH domain value sets is available, the The Gravity Project will publish consesus established value sets for each of the above code systems in a supplemental guide available from the Gravity Project Confluence pages.
