      The survey instrument may produce a health concern directly or in conjunction with provider assessment.  The SHALL will be removed from the graphic.   Health concern is defined in US Core as part of the condition value set – there is a reasonable expectation that all certified EHRs will be able to support the full value set and therefore support the Health Concern.

      In this section it says: "Note: all Survey instruments SHALL produce Health Concerns with Gravity defined value sets."

      Epic may only have or want to send the data that populates the Observation resources. We're not sure we can support Health Concerns. Does it have to be required?
